  • Establish and roll-out key performance indicators and tracking methods to measure service levels

  • Integrate TPM methodologies and techniques to improve productivity in plant equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Engineering or CET preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience inside a manufacturing facility or experience as a designer on packaging or automation systems
  • Must have:
    • Thorough understanding of RCM, CBM, RCFA, and LCA
    • Thorough knowledge of mechanical drafting practices and be proficient in design, detailing and checking functions.
    • In-depth understanding and working experience of FMEA methodology and applications
    • A working knowledge of electrical and fluid (pneumatic/hydraulic) principles and their use on mechanical systems
    • Working knowledge of tool room and assembly processes and practices
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing and machine troubleshooting activities
  • Experience with applied statistics, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing processes and tools

7. Product Development Manager

9. Junior Designer - Electrical

14. Fire Extinguisher Technician
